About Todd DeLuca

Todd DeLuca married Haidee Heyward in 2007. They are avid long-distance hikers and thru-hiked the Appalachian Trail in 2003, the Pacific Crest Trail in 2008, and half of the Continental Divide Trail in 2009. More about that at Team Creason. They are the proud parents of John Joseph and Heyward.

Todd grew up in Weston, Connecticut, got his B.A. in Computer Science from Brown University in Providence, Rhode Island, and has lived in both Boston and New York City. He has worked as a scientist at BBN, a software engineer at NewView.com, a scientific programmer in the Wall Laboratory at Harvard Medical School, and an analytics engineer at Cox Automotive in Burlington, Vermont. His professional experience and interests include machine learning, biomedical informatics, data science and software engineering.

Todd currently resides in Burlington, Vermont, works as a data scientist at MassMutual, and is pursuing a PhD in Data Science and Complex Systems at UVM.
